To help with any questions and avoid confusion here is my tattoo appointment policy.

To make sure everything is clear about the process, terms and conditions, please make sure to read it carefully!Transferring your deposit to me will mean you agree with this policy.
I know it sounds a little serious but it will save some confusion on both ends about the process ≽^•⩊•≼

Also don’t hesitate to message me if you need any further explanations about any of the following subjects!

✧˖° BOOKING APPOINTMENTS ˖°✧

✧ All tattoo appointments must be scheduled in advance.
To book in, a deposit of €50 is required to secure your appointment and will be deducted at the final amount.

✧˖° DEPOSIT ˖°✧

✧ Deposits are non-refundable but are transferable to a rescheduled appointment, if at least 48 hours notice is provided.

✧ Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment, without prior notice, will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

✧˖° RESCHEDULES & CANCELLATIONS ˖°✧

✧ You may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.

✧ Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment to receive a partial deposit refund (half of your deposit).

✧ No-shows and cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

✧˖° STUDIO POLICIES ˖°✧

✧ Please come alone if possible!
Our studio is small, but if you do want to bring someone, please check with me first!

✧ Don't come in too early! 5-10 mins is okay <3

✧˖° HEALTH AND SAFETY ˖°✧

✧ You cannot be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

✧ If you are unsure due to a skin condition or medication that you are able to get tattooed, contact your doctor to make sure.

✧ We can not tattoo on damaged or sunburned skin.

✧ If you don't feel well, have a cold (coughing/sneezing) or a fever, please stay home, and we will reschedule. Getting tattooed while not feeling well will not be a great experience for you and the artist.

✧˖° DESIGN ˖°✧

✧ For custom designs, I send out a sketch a couple days before the appointment so there is some time for any changes before the day.
The colours will usually be shown on the day.
I usually try to keep my work in order of appointment to avoid confusion, so please be a little patient with me <3

✧ Minor design and colour changes can be made up to the day of the appointment, but major changes might require rescheduling.

✧˖° BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT ✧˖°

✧ Make sure you have had plenty of rest, have had a decent meal and wear loose comfortable clothing. If we have a longer session, also bring something to eat!

✧ Take good care in the week leading up to your appointment. Drink enough water and moisturise your skin daily. (This will make the tattoo process way more comfortable and easier for us both!)

✧ Plan Your Day Thoughtfully
Don’t make plans immediately before or after your appointment. Rushing can create stress for us both, and I want to take my time to ensure your tattoo is done perfectly.

✧˖° PAYMENT ✧˖°

✧ Final payment is due at the end of the tattoo session, payable in cash or by payment request.

✧Additional charges may apply for extra time, bigger size, placement, design changes, or other agreed-upon modifications.

✧Tipping is not required! But always appreciated :)

✧˖° AFTERCARE ✧˖°

✧ Follow aftercare instructions provided to ensure proper healing. If any questions during healing arise, send me an message!

✧ If there’s an area in your tattoo that needs a touch-up contact me within the year for a complimentary touchup session. After a year it’ll be the shop’s minimum price of 80 euros.

By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the above policies.
